We have a brand new Repeater Controller! Check it out!

More technical additions soon to be completed to the system!

Autopatch has been repaired and is back in service.

Use C11 and phone number to dial, and C10 to hang up. Open to the public.

No long distance allowed.

Lightning came in on our phone line in August 2005 and destroyed our repeater controller. Our antenna exploded on the tower and was physically ejected from the tower to the ground. Our receivers and transmitters were perfectly protected by the "Polyphaser" protection equipment! We hope to post some pictures of the damage. The moral of this story is to be sure your phone lines are also "Polyphaser" protected! With the help of Mr. Glenn Craig, KB3KBX, and his son Aaron Craig who climbed the tower, our new antenna has been installed. Many thanks go to Glenn and Aaron for climbing and working! (If only I was young again to climb)

Our tower is 88 feet above the ground with the antenna mounted on a 20 foot telescoping mast. Our tower is guyed 30 and 60 feet and at the 88 foot mark. Then there are guys at the 10 and 20 foot mark of the telescoping mast.

We use Aerotron equipment for our transmitters and receivers. We are very pleased with these older commercial radios and have had little problem with them after they were installed. We did have problems with the slugs being brittle in the receivers and transmitters.
